HALLOWEEN IN BLYTH - SUNDAY 28th OCTOBER 2012

Halloween in Blyth will never be the same again, Blyth Town Council’s Halloween Fright Night 2 was even scarier!!!!

Sunday the 28th of October saw Blyth Town Centre turn into a terrifyingly fun experience for the whole family. Blyth Town Council were proud once again, to invite people from all over the North East to Blyth for a fangtastic time.

From 2pm until 8pm the town’s market place was transformed into Halloween Town with theatre and local craft groups hosting Halloween mask making and deadly Halloween make up workshops. There were fancy dress competitions for young and old, traditional apple bobbing, face painting and community market stalls.

As well as a large funfair, there were live stage shows including The Stage and Production House DRACS House party with Super Spook host Matt Lee –Alliston , the DRAC PACK, Ghoulish Street magic with Magic John, and a full continental market. Carnival Rides were on site with a spooktacular fun fair for all ages, Zombies and Ghostly stilt walkers were roaming the streets and fire eaters dazzled the crowds with their extraordinary skills. There were a few more dastardly surprises in store which were top secret until they jumped up and Bit he he.
There was adequate parking in and around the town centre and on site public conveniences.
We hope you followed the ghostly trail to Blyth for a BLOODY good time and enjoyed the best spook fest around.
